Daisy Hill Cake Company was founded in 2006 by Sophie Constable.
As the business has grown, Daisy Hill Cake Company sent its team to the USA to continue learning the art of designer cake decoration like the creator of Daisy Hill herself. Jennifer O'Neill is one of the members who benefited from this experience and has been a member of Daisy Hill’s team from the beginning, now takes over Daisy Hill Cake Company with Angela Pratt.
Together Jen O’Neill and Angela Pratt have a combined 28 years of experience within the catering industry and hope to have continued success with the future of Daisy Hill Cake Company.
With a rapidly growing client list of delighted newlyweds, Daisy Hill Cake Company has been thrilled to create wedding cakes for celebrities, television actors and couture designers. Daisy Hill cakes have been commissioned by Conde Nast ‘Brides’ magazine and featured in ‘You and Your Wedding’, ‘Wedding’, ‘Cosmopolitan Brides’, ‘Wedding Venues and Services’, ‘Viya’ and ‘OK!’ After less than 2 years in business, Daisy Hill Cake Company was honoured to reach the finals of the National Wedding Industry Supplier of the Year Awards 2008.
